We practiced making different ways to make money!  We worked with partners.  How many ways can you make 34 cents?  Savanna

We read about the life cycle of a sunflower.  When it doesn’t get enough water it will shrivel up.  At the end of its cycle it will dump seeds.  Elijah

It takes about 2 months for a sunflower to bloom.  Jolie

We learned about coins.  The quarter is worth 25 cents!  Karlyn

Lincoln lived during the Civil War.  He is on the penny.  It is worth 1 cent.  Maddock

The dime is smaller than the nickle, but the dime is worth more cents.  The dime is 10 cents and the nickle is worth 5 cents.  Elijah

Washington was on the quarter and he was the 1st president.  Lauryn
