Wow! We had a fantastic day enjoying our EARTH! Thank you to everyone that was able to help and donate items for a special day! We learned so much about helping keep our earth clean during our PBL Recycling project. We were so glad to enjoy earth day to finish this awesome project off! This week we will not have math homework due to a short week. Please continue to read each night.
We will go on our field trip to the park on Earth Day this Friday. We will have one water bottle for them that they can fill up and reuse, but if you would like to send another water bottle you can. Please put sunscreen on them before they come to school. Parents are welcome to meet us there. Only bring items that can be thrown away. Lunch is provided. Please only send bait if you want, but not fishing poles or lures. If parents want to bring them to the park that will be great, but the kids will not have a place to store these items. Thank you!

The students did a wonderful job researching and learning about recycling! Then had a voice and choice of what they wanted to teach to others! They created their own skits, informational text, and game shows to explain their understanding of reycling.
