I thought this might be a fun way to have the students communicate with each other about their summer and keep up their writing skills. They can just click and type a few lines about their summer. All posts will be monitored before student’s post goes public! I hope all of you are enjoying your time.

Spelling Words: Weekly Spelling Words Post
Choose one word each night. Write it! Read it! Speed write it!
Make up a sentence using the word that you chose.
Have your child write the sentence.
They need to revise (read it back to check if it sounds right)!
They need to edit (check for capitals at the beginning of the sentence, punctuation, and check spelling of word wall words!
