We are learning about what changes temperature.
We will be going to our Science Lab soon. We will be discovering how to change hot to cold and cold to hot. We will use thermometers to check our temperature of ice and water.
We are learning place value in math counting by 10 and 1s.
We will begin ordering numbers by least to greatest.
We are researching different places . We are writing letters to our friends about what we learned.
We have been learning how to write letters. We are using facts4me.com to research places in the world. We wanted to share what we have learned with others.
We do not have school on Monday.

We are learning about respect at character time. Listening is showing respect.
Each week the students listen to a story about a character trait. The character trait changes each month. We watch the students and talk about ways to show good character.
We are going write a book using what we have learned about time.
The students have been learning how to tell time using analog and digital clocks. We have also discussed different ways to measure time. They will now be adding this knowledge to their writing. They will be making a book about time. I will have them share these with you as soon as they are ready to publish.
