The students made Christmas cards for classrooms around the United States. We then used our map skills and understanding of abbreviations to locate where our cards would be going.

Choose one word each night. Write it! Read it! Speed write it!
Make up a sentence using the word that you chose.
Have your child write the sentence.
They need to revise (read it back to check if it sounds right)!
They need to edit (check for capitals at the beginning of the sentence, punctuation, and check spelling of word wall words!
