The first day was awesome! I am so ready to see them again tomorrow. We worked on rules, read The First Day Jitters, wrote about our own jitters, and learned about our school.
Enjoy the first day pictures. You truly have awesome kids! I am so blessed to be their teacher this year.

Spelling Words: Weekly Spelling Words Post
Choose one word each night. Write it! Read it! Speed write it!
Make up a sentence using the word that you chose.
Have your child write the sentence.
They need to revise (read it back to check if it sounds right)!
They need to edit (check for capitals at the beginning of the sentence, punctuation, and check spelling of word wall words!
